Our Connection

This Mission Is Personal

At Cullari & Wardell, we don't just write checks to causes we believe in—we support family. Dalisay (Lee) Dwinells, co-founder of Street Kids Philippine Missions, is the mother of Ernesto and Christopher Cullari.

When Lee and her husband Matthew felt called to serve the most vulnerable children in the Philippines, they didn't just volunteer—they sold their home and business to dedicate their lives to this mission.

"We believe in using our skills to make a difference beyond business. This is where our hearts are."

Self-Funded Missionaries

Matthew and Lee Dwinells are not backed by a large organization's budget. They made the ultimate sacrifice—selling everything they owned to answer God's call to serve. Every donation goes directly to rescuing and supporting children.

The Founders

Matthew & Dalisay Dwinells

Both Matthew and Lee felt the call of God to missions early in their Christian walk—more than 25 years ago. Matthew specifically felt called to serve in the Philippines.

Their desire to reach the lost with the gospel grew after visiting Makati City in Manila in 2005, where their son Christopher was married. What started as a visit became a calling they could no longer ignore.

Today, they operate from Bohol in the Visayan Islands, rescuing street children and giving them hope for a future beyond poverty.
